7.3. Account status after withdrawal

After the withdrawal is made, the account will start a new funding phase, at which time all rules for eligibility for a new withdrawal must again be observed.

If a remaining balance not withdrawn remains, beyond the cushion, such amount will not be counted in the new cycle.
