If performance is positive in the incubator phase, the prize payment must be requested via email support@zero7trading.com, with the following information:

After submitting the withdrawal request, it is mandatory to pause trading. If there are trades after the day and time of the withdrawal request, the request will be automatically denied and the account will be automatically cancelled.
Analysis of the withdrawal request is performed within 5 business days, and if the analysis is positive, the amount will be released for withdrawal and a new incubator account will be sent for the start of a new cycle, in which all items of these regulations must again be complied with.
To carry out the withdrawal, it is mandatory to complete and obtain approval in the KYC (Know Your Customer) process of the broker responsible for the payment.
The KYC process may require:
- Full personal data;
- Official photo ID;
- Additional documents, when requested by the broker;
- Facial validation (biometrics).
KYC is tied to the broker where the payment will be made. If in the future payments need to be made through another broker, a new KYC process may be required by that institution.
After KYC approval at a given broker, it will not be necessary to repeat the procedure for future payments made through the same broker, except upon specific requirement of the institution itself.
Under no circumstance will Zero7 make payments to operators without approved KYC.
Payments will also not be allowed to third-party accounts, digital wallets or bank accounts. All means of receipt must be linked to the operator themselves.
