8. Data protection — LGPD

The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) provides that any third-party data and/or personal information that may be obtained or used by any of the parties as a result of this instrument shall be collected, used, stored and maintained in accordance with generally accepted data-collection standards and applicable law, especially Law No. 13,709/2018.
