By electronically accepting these regulations, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that such acceptance has the same value and legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Electronic acceptance shall be considered valid and binding for all parties involved, establishing a formal and legal agreement between the user and the company responsible for the regulations.
Any disagreement or contestation regarding the terms of the regulations, after electronic acceptance, shall not affect the validity of this agreement, except for express provision to the contrary agreed between the parties.
Note: electronic signatures have been legally recognized in Brazil since 2001, with the enactment of Provisional Measure No. 2,200-2/2001, which, in addition to creating the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure – ICP-Brasil, established the criteria for the validity of electronic signatures in the country.
