Both parties acknowledge that this document constitutes the terms they agree to follow for the proper operation of the project.

Any matter not contemplated in these regulations shall be discussed between the parties, always aiming at the effectiveness and efficiency of the project.

The parties agree to cooperate and act in good faith to achieve the established objectives, always prioritizing mutual interest and the success of the project.
