5.5. Drawdown in the challenge phase

In the challenge phase, the drawdown adopted will be the EOD (End of Day), meaning its update will occur only at the end of the day, based on the closed balance (Balance) and any new all-time high of the total account balance.

Example of the 25k plan:

• Total balance: 25,000.00
• Maximum drawdown: $ 1,497.00

In this scenario, the account cannot reach the minimum total value of $ 23,503.00. If this occurs, the account will be automatically closed.

If, on the first day, there is a closed profit (Balance) of $ 100.00, the total balance will become $ 25,100.00. In this case, the new drawdown to be applied on the following day will make the stop out become $ 23,603.00.
